Steve is the consummate professional. When asked to provide a quote, he turned up on time and was very passionate about the job at hand. He provided a detailed explanation of the work required and advised when the written quote would be provided and he was true to his word. The nature of the works required was more complex due to problems with my roofing and Steve made arrangements to have a roofing specialist attend and assist with the job. My maintenance was classed as Major Structural by an independent inspection agency, yet the job was completed for a little over $1000 for over six hours work - several hundred dollars under Steve's original quote. When I queried this with him he stated I quoted you for 8 hours (never mentioned in the quote)
