We had booked a two bedroom apartment and got two apartments with kitchen and lounge in between brilliant friendly staff nice pool near bus stop only disappointing thing was the restaurant.Clean. Lovely comfortable beds and great linen .

Oaks Broome Hotel
We recently spent 8 nights at the Oaks Hotel Resort in Broome and can’t recommend this fantastic resort highly enough. Our room was spacious and overlooked one of the swimming pools which are great for laps or just lazing around. The staff were all super friendly with a special mention to Jessie from Reception who could not have done enough to make our stay a truly memorable one!

Room was comfortable, however our room faced Saville St, so if we wanted to sit outside we had to listen to barking dogs! Only dined in the restaurant once. Steak was good but came with chips at room temperature. Shower didn't have a door causing water to spray on floor making it extremely slippery.The staff were very pleasant.

Everything from booking, to checking in, our stay and leaving was made so effortless. Thanks in part to all the amazing team at Oaks. The restaurant was fabulous, all of the housekeeping staff and maintenance team always had a smile on their face. Truly a beautiful part of the world. The swimming pool...I means pools are both stunning. Our room was clean and well presented. 100% recommend this place

Good hotel, convenient location near town beach.Clean. Self contained unit with spa on the ground floor.Daily servicing.My only gripe is the entry card keeps being deactivated, and I kept my phone in my pocket and key in the handbag so I dunno! Was a slight annoyance but the staff were always happy to recode it for me.

Nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable.Staff were pleasant and helpful and the evening meal was very nice.The breakfast........For a buffet breakfast, it was magnificent. It would rate as one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had.Had to go back for seconds.Definitely stay there again

Pretty average hotel. Room had water damage to skirting boards and smelt musty. Not enough parking available (an important detail up there). Room was hot when I arrived and took a long time to cool down. Shower had no door and sprays water everywhere. Towels where an off white making them look dirty (don't think they were though)

Efficent friendly staff, great spot near Town Beach. Two nice pools and onsite bar n restaurant.Only minus was breakfast buffet food was just luke warm, not acceptable at $25 a head !
