Serving with the same glove for all kind of meat and other groceries is very disappointing aspect of this shop which may lead to high risk of contamination with bacteria. The owner dint consider when we kindly requested him to do so.

I bought 2kgs of goat meat on Sunday(21/03/21) at 3pm. When I reached home i have seen about 0.5kgs are dried skin. It’s Very disappointing about their quality of goat meat and their worst service. How they served this kind of meat for customers to eat.

We went and bought an Indian face cream and while opening the package at home we realized that it has already been used by the scratches around the tube. We took it back to the store and checked some other similar products as well. Those have a new cardboard box but the tube inside is already used. All the tubes have odd scratch marks. Doubt the cream is not what it says in the name. Disappointed.

Bought goat meat this morning. Customer service was very poor. No one attended the front desk as all the staff were busy inside butcher section. Called staff however staff ignore us after several attempts. Knew staff was aware of our presence . Attended nearly after 10 min with rude presence. Asked for 1 lg goat meat however packed around 1.5 kg meat without asking me. They even increase the price of meat to 17$ per kg plus lots pf bone than meat. Not happy at all. Wont be going anymore.

Was a good place to buy stuff before, however for the last 2 years have been watching staff members serving customers wearing ?gloves- touching chickens, beef goats without even changing. Even serving customers who bought groceries and other stuffs with the same hand which is a major food and health safety concern. First I went to buy chicken, the guy at the counter was serving someone who bought beef. He had hives on- served beef and other groceries to 2 customers with the same gloves. When my turn came, I told him why he’s doing that? And clearly mentioned him I wanted to buy chicken but as he touched all meats I am not gonna buy anything (happened back in 2021). Been there 2 more times last year to buy groceries (still thought they would’ve changed), noticed the same thing happened. During my 3rd visit when I raised that, a gentleman at the store told the lady (who’s serving) he had a clear instruction to change gloves every time they touch meat. I came back.After almost a year later, visited this afternoon- the lady at the counter wearing blue surgical gloves were serving customers with beef, goat and chicken. Also serving customers who bought groceries with the same gloves!! Don’t know whether they have minimum knowledge regarding wearing gloves/ food and safety. I really want to go back there without having that disgusting feelings. Hope the authority will take necessary steps to educate staff members if they care about customer service and public safety.

We have been buying Goat meat from this place. For the last few times, meat quality is not good. We provided feedback to the shop, but nothing has changed. Rest of meat good and competitive pricing. You can buy other masala and rice products here, so can be a one stop shop.

One of the worse customer service. Got one item tasted, was doing some side effects. Went back immediately to change the other one but Owner was ver rude and cunning. Its customers right to taste the things and buy. Try to be practical you dumb head.

After hearing good feedback on the product availability and price of Indian groceries at this shop we thought of giving it a go. We entered the shop and 5th second we left as this is essentially a butcher shop and they've groceries. The smell of meat is right across the whole store and air-conditioning just carries it everywhere. I really wish they have a separate section for deli on the other side of the store where customer is not expected to smell or see it entering the store just like supermarkets and run like normal store so that anybody can shop here.
