A very clean, friendly & welcoming centre!My little one has been here for 6 months and I’ve always felt very comfortable with the caring nature and knowledge of the core educators.My little one loves going to daycare and I’m always impressed with the various activities they keep the kids busy with and love the inclusivity of celebrations and cultures.I know that even on the odd morning that we have a rough drop off that she is quickly settled in & I can always call up and get an update on her.I certainly appreciated the transparency of ‘anytime inspections’ when I was looking at daycare centres and still to this day have been very happy with the presentation of the centre every time I’ve dropped in.

Huge turn over of staff , incredible delay in processing refunds , poor response to emails , only good thing is the location and starting time at 0600Still haven't received the bond refund despite multiple emails

After an unsatisfactory orientation day we decided to withdraw our daughter from the centre, I gave over 20 days notice in writing and have now been waiting over EIGHT weeks for a bond refund, I have contacted the centre on four seperate occasions (including the centre manager and area manager) beware. The centre is nice on the eye, but organisation is nil.

Really satisfied with BMAB. Staff members are amazing, caring and professional. My little one loves going to the school every day. I also find that the program is quite educational.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating for every child. The area is very clean. My child settled in quite fast because of the service here. Highly recommended

Horrible place, staff turnover is ridiculous. Always having issues like water leaks and power outages. Got my contact details wrong in their system when transferring from paper to computer. What if my son had an emergency? I wouldn't have known since they couldn't do something as simple as copy numbers.

Really happy with BMA. The extent that the educators go to every day for fun different activities constantly amazes me. Matt the chef makes amazing meals that the kids love, lots of effort with special celebrations exposing the kids to different foods. The facilities are amazing, beautiful educators, kids come home fulfilled, messy & ready for bed!Really happy here :)

When we started there it was great but after so much staff turn over and some questionable care moments we were left no choice but to pull our child out. The center has potential but for some reason they are unable to keep staff so the care, engagement and development of the children is not of the standard expected.

Withdrew our son after nearly a year as the service went severely downhill. Has now taken nearly two months and still waiting on our bond refund. Very poorly managed and high staff turnover.
