I required a site plan to prepare for an application to Moreton Bay Regional Council for the construction of a 6mtr by 14mtr shed on a residential housing lot. Having reviewed the Council requirements it was clear that any application would require professional expertise in the preparation of site plans and other drawings. The shed provider suggested using Site Plans Online to obtain the required site plan. An online request and payment of the required fee resulted in the prompt provision of the required plan. This required some modification due to a roofline obscuring a factor requiring consideration in the plan.
