For .what was a little business to what they have grown to is amazing. Great support from the tech teams to the ladies that help on the phones . I don't think that anyone else gives you free data to keep the kids busy on school holidays. Very happy with beam , keep up the great service .

Fast, reliable internet. On the rare occasion there are issues, Beam's team are onto it quickly and they communicate issues with their customers via social media platforms so customers are always kept in the loop with what's going on. I have recommended Beam to many family and friends!

I don't know why anyone is bothering with the NBN in our area. Beam is faster, more reliable and you talk to a human being on the phone immediately when you need help. Need I say anymore????? They have been magnificent in supporting local schools and business too.

the team at Beam Internet are excellent - great product, quick responses, actually speak to someone local. internet service is fast and reliable. techincian had an issue (not caused by Beam) with link service but he worked through it and found a resolution - he went above and beyond (where most others would have just handballed it off to someone else). THANKYOU.

5 stars from everyone so far and I will not be the one to change that! These guys are great, a lot of people seem to be pulling their hair out over the NBN while I get to sit here and Game + Stream + Study + whatever else I can throw at our Beam connection without it skipping a beat... and the prices are super competitive too! Very helpful, local people. I have been and will continue to recommend these guys.

We love beam, always easy to deal with and we've never once had any issues with our internet. They were more than happy to pause our service for 12 months while we built a new home and didn't require internet for that period, and then set up at the new house was quick and easy. We have many friends with beam internet and have never heard a single complaint.
