What a great store to shop for footwear & clothing, affordable prices and they always have sales on, this is the store to shop at for great discounts. The manager and staff are amazing as well, they are so helpful, and will go out of there way to help you with whatever you need. The location is easy to get to by car or train, and plenty of parking as well. Plenty of coffee shops around after you’ve done your shopping. Pop in you won’t be disappointed.

Amanda is hands down the most wonderful store representative I’ve dealt with. She was beyond helpful, resolved an issue with my husbands shoes we’d purchased without hesitation and went above and beyond to help in every possible way. She is a true asset to Rivers and I hope she gets the wonderful recognition she deserves.

We purchased clothes and shoes from Rivers in Bowral on 10/01/23. The lady at the counter (Amanda ) was very friendly and helpful. It was busy but she was always smiling and assisting us to find the items we were looking for. The store has a large variety of products, neat and easy to walk around. Thank you Amanda.

Nice outlet maybe more variety in men's shirts needed, parking very scarce big drawback I drive past heaps wanting to go in just go by as can't get a parking space most of the time mores the pity love their store.

Amanda has amazing customer representative skills. The way she talks and explains, gives rewards, friendly, no way you can say no anytime going back there. Then it comes to product, I have no complaint so far and I doubt if any time I will have any complaint of any sort.

Awesome store with lots of variety!!!!A young lady called Elizabeth working there was more than outstanding in being able to address all my questions and find the right shoes i was looking for!If your dropping into this place, ask for Elizabeth!
