Excellent service ALWAYS helpful! I often ask Christine about how to use specific products so I can achieve the best my results in my artwork: archival quality materials especially paper, paints and mediums. She's the GO TO person for advice and this is the GO TO place for art products!

Walking into Jackson's Bunbury is great, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a big Hello. The staff are helpful and inciteful. A little disappointed that The manager .. Christine handled my experience with a product I had purchased from Jackson’s in a way not conducive with good customer service ... I had no intention of asking for a refund.., merely expecting some understanding that I was a little unhappy with the product . Was very surprised. She was helpful in the end.
