Linh’s nails and beauty

Girls all seemed very friendly so I’ll give a star for that.I had an extremely long wait which I didn’t mind but the quality of shellac was not good! Lines and bubbles in the colour and they didn’t even clean around the edges. I asked for a manicure with the shellac and this wasn’t done either and I was charged $40!She wasn’t even finished with me and told me to wait until the lamp had gone off once more and she had moved on to the next person! Someone else then proceeded to put cuticle oil(I had to ask for this)on my fingers and not even my nails so I ended up putting it on myself. Such bad customer service! I won’t be back! Very disappointing. I think they need to concentrate on quality over the amount of people they can fit in.

Very bad customer service and inexperienced staff. I booked to get my nails done here at 3, they sat me down and asked to pick a colour after that I waited around for 45 minutes and they didn’t even aknowledge me, I had to ask them to start my nails for me. No attention to detail- I had to ask the woman about 4 times to fix them because she wasn’t shaping them correctly and they ended up being a lot shorter than I wanted. Even after I left I had to fix them myself. The acrylic was also laid unevenly and they didn’t attempt to fix this. Really disappointed.

Good service, they were polite and efficient. My shellace has lasted for ages. The issue I have is with hygiene and cleanliness. Granted they were so busy the day I went but the nail tools they used on me still had nail clippings from other people, the tools were laying in a plate where other peoples cutical cuttings were. It was concerning. I noticed that they just moved tools around rather than getting clean tools for each client. For this reason I wouldn't go back.

I reluctantly used Linh nails just before NY, I was sceptical after reading the reviews about them being late and rushing.Admittedly I did need to wait 20mins past my appointment scheduled time however I was not at all rushed. The SNS they did has so far been great, no chipping cracking or lifting (2 weeks post - see photos).It wasn’t put on thickly and actually looks quite natural. The pedicure paint job could have been better but is good enough and I’m rough on my feet.

Visiting Sydney from the States and already had my acrylic done from two weeks prior so I needed a fill.The lady did a great job on my acrylic fill and shaped it well (tapered coffin).Same lady also did my Brazilian wax and was so professional.Another lady did my toes regular paint and they turned out well.I will definitely return and highly recommend them.

They did a great job with my nails, except their lack of booking system really does effect the experience. I waited an extra 40 minutes, the lady next to me had waited close to an hour.

got a half leg wax. Staff was very lovely! walked in with no appointment and only waited 5 min. but not the cleanest room to be lying in though.

Terrible quality products. My SNS nails were covered in bubbles all over and started to peel off, chip and break within 2 days. I have been getting SNS monthly for 2 years (not in this salon) and have never seen anything like this happen before. The manicure was terrible and my nails were badly damaged after this overall service, they were left very sensitive and brittle. I would not recommend this salon for nail services, definitely better to avoid!
