Hands down the best mechanic I’ve been to. Honest, reliable and they really go the extra mile! They even took the time to send me a video explaining the issues/work needed for my car, which I’m really greatful for as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars. Thanks so much guys!!

I only just started using these guys as they have totally looked after my sons car and have always been honest and affordable. I just had my first service and the price is great and they cleaned my air conditioning filters too! Highly recommend!

We have had an intermittent ABS warning light for some time now on our VW. We have always used the VW service department for maintenance of our 2015 vehicle. We decided to try Auto Masters, Burleigh instead. This turned out to be a great decision on our part! I was able to bring my vehicle in with no appointment, to get a diagnostic test performed, which was at no charge to me. (At VW they charge $90.00 for the same service.) The technician scanned the vehicle computer and told me exactly what repair was required, and how much the repair would cost, including parts. He was able to source the required part that day, and I could have returned that afternoon to have the repair competed, but I chose to return a few days later instead. The repair was completed correctly, and within the time frame the technician told me it would take. (2 hours) The total charge was exactly as quoted originally. I might add that we had this same repair done 2 years ago at the VW dealership, and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment, then we had to leave the vehicle at the dealership for 4 hours, and the resulting bill was more than twice what we paid at Auto Masters, Burleigh. I would not hesitate to return to Auto Masters, Burleigh to have my vehicle serviced, and I would recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for good, honest, professional service.

My car was struggling to start so I took it to auto masters unannounced and the team helped me straight away, diagnosing the issue and fixed it within 24 hours with extremely fair pricing. A genuine mechanics, super friendly staff. Explained the issues clearly to me with a video. Couldn’t rate them more highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yans always communicates very good about what the problem is, how he can fix it and what it will cost. Had a few bad experiences with mechanics in the past where i felt ripped off. We are both very happy to have found a mechanic we can trust. Highly recommend these guys.

Auto Masters Burleigh provided my car with the greatest of care and they looked after me, got me to work on time and picked me up. The team provided me with up to the minute progress reports - love the video, and kept me informed of the of the work at all stages. Being price conscious, Yan and the team are the best in town.
