Had an absolute blast at their 2hr intro wheel throwing class. The instructors there were super helpful, friendly and have a great sense of humour too. We had a ball, and although we are definitely no pottery masters, we would be back again!

Customer service when going for studio access is HORRIBLE. We arrived just before 1pm (closing time is 2pm) and and had planned on using the wheels for 1hour. However, we had to wait 25 minutes for a free wheel (because they do not accept online bookings) and were charged for the FULL hour despite not being told there was a minimum charge prior. All staff were hostile and did not help with allocating us to a free wheel when people were leaving, and rushed us to leave despite us having ample time left. Fun activity but staff ruined the experience- will NEVER be coming back.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFENSIVE MANAGEMENTI would like to share a very difficult customer service experience with this organisation. We booked for a christmas staff bonding 2 hour session at Ceramiques Camberwell following an invitation and confirmed booking.I selected this venue as it appeared to offer a great opportunity for team building and bonding.I visited the Camberwell site last night, to see where it was located only to find the business had vacated. How stressed do you think we were? I then travelled to Kew to see if that was were it would be held. Mind you we had a booking with no location, but it was our understanding that it would be at Camberwell.When discussing our strong disappointment, the manager basically decided to cancel the appointment as he felt there would be conflict. Well well, given that the venue did not exist anymore and the fact that he was unapologetic, do you think we would be angry?We were happy to make it to the other venue in Elsternwick, and clarify a few things , but he did not want us.I am afraid to say, customer service is very poor in this world and they need to take a firm look at how they communicate with customers.This is very disappointing as I know our staff would have loved the experience. I know my daughter did when she visited!!

Really beautiful space where you can learn to throw clay. The teachers here are lovely and very generous with their time. There’s also a studio dog who loves good pats. Would love to come back to improve my technique in future. I found the whole experience therapeutic and a nice distraction from other things in life.

I ordered a clay kit weeks ago and still haven’t received any communication about when my order will be arriving! I’ve emailed numerous times, contacted via instagram and the webpage and have had zero communication from the customer service team. Really terrible communication and incredibly disappointed as a present idea has now fallen through and I have no way of getting my money back! Will be contacting consumer affairs next.

We went in December and made 3 pots. Experience was good. They promised to return the pots we made in January. We have not received any phone call. We have chase multiple times with no luck. They even took $10 for extra pots but don’t bother to return the product to customers when its Already paid for. Scam

Great place, perfect location for public transport users. Had a children pottery class. $60 for 3 hours - 2 pieces ready to collect in a few weeks time.

We had a fantastic and often hilarious time at Ceramiques. Having never done pottery before we were patiently and wonderfully shown the basics by Grace and Sam. It was lots of fun and with a little practice we actually managed to create pieces that were symmetrical and functional and somewhat artistic. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours and a truly mindful experience. Highly recommended
