Raymond Terrace Twin Rivers Dental Practice
I saw Dr Holt today for a damaged tooth. Dr Holt tried his best to see if the tooth could be saved but ultimately it was extracted. Dr Holt and his assistant were both curteous and professional during my time there and Dr Holt showed empathy and concern for my emotional and physical wellbeing as this was my first extraction.

EDITED - Initial problem dealt with quickly, prompt response!I cannot fault the actual dentist that filled our daughters cavity. She was excellent!I was however charged $120 which I have now found out we can not get back from Medicare, and we should have been asked if we had Medicare first so we were not charged as it was for a child.If we can recover this money I would gladly make this 5 stars as I can understand a small mistake in customer service.
