Rex Gorell Peugeot

Just had the worst experience at Rex Gorell Peugeot.I have recently moved to Geelong and have always had my Peugeot serviced by a dealer. I booked online to have my Peugeot serviced, and received a confirmation email from Rex Gorell Peugeot. This morning, the following occurred:- I turned up at the Gordon Avenue address for my service, only to be told that the actual service address is in Fyans Street, another 10 minutes drive away.- After driving to Fyans Street, I stood for 10 minutes without being helped, after being told by another customer service individual that 'they only look after Hondas; you'll have to wait'- When the Peugeot customer service guy showed up, I was rudely told that they had no booking for me, and he demanded to see the confirmation.- I showed him the confirmation; he said it wasn't an actual confirmation and that it needed to be confirmed by them. I asked why it hadn't been, and he didn't give me an answer.- I was rudely told that they had no bookings for another two weeks (which is not possible for me - I booked a month ago so the car could be serviced in my holidays because I need it for work), then he walked off.I was considering buying a car in the next 12-24 months, but would now not buy a Peugeot, or any car from Rex Gorell. Horrible, rude, arrogant, dismissive customer 'service'.
