Warning do not engage this company if you are relying on a bond clean for your property they are liable to cancel your job if they decide they don't feel like cleaning your place leaving you to either clean it yourself or scrambled to find somebody else at the last minute. In order to provide cheap and competitive prices they double book their jobs and leave no time in between cleans meaning if there are any delays they will cancel your job immediately even if you've confirm the booking with them and are relying on them to clean your property before new tenants move in. The cleaner in charge was also yelling at me and being very rude over the phone, causing a very stressful situation to become even worse.I hope nobody has the unfortunate experience of dealing with this VERY unprofessional company. PLEASE AVOID

Caution with this company. I used them as the recommended cleaner for Aria building bond cleans. A product was used to clean the wall which may have just been paint to cover any scuff marks on the wall (which would have easily come off with a magic eraser)With the guarantee that our bond clean would pass, I reached out to them multiple times explaining that the product they left on the wall had left white marks that were extremely visible.I have not had any reply from the company with my request and I've had to pay for this to be repaired myself by repainting the entire wall.

Avoid this cleaner at all costs, their services are incredibly poor quality, terrible value for money and they are also falsely claiming they have a bond guarantee when they do not. We decided to try Besparkle after receiving a flyer in our letterbox which seemed to offer reasonable prices for a bond clean and also a '7 day clean guarantee' - a period in which they would supposedly return to address any issues our real estate agent had with the job. We naturally assumed this guarantee would be included in our clean, as it was in the quote they provided via email. Unfortunately, this was not the case.The problems began the afternoon before our booking was scheduled. Besparkle contacted us to change our booking for the following morning (at 7am) to Saturday. This normally would not have been an issue but we only had 3 more business days left on our lease and were also too busy on the weekend to let them into the property on the Saturday. Thankfully they agreed to attend the clean on our desired day. After taking a look at the empty house we were told by the cleaner that the property was in a 'very bad condition' (even if this were the truth - it was not nearly this bad - it is literally their job to do bond cleans, this shouldn't have been an issue) and would take 2 days to clean at the whopping price of $803. I suspect this was a lie as our house is only 3 bedrooms and quite small (93m square), it seemed Besparkle had double booked itself on the Friday and was looking for excuses to take their time with our property. We ended up providing them with a key so they could finish the following day. Our real estate agent attended the property to do a walk through and check the quality of the clean on Monday, so we could call the cleaners back before our lease ended on Wednesday in case something was wrong. To our disappointment, the agent sent around 15 photos of issues the cleaner did not attend to - including smudged and poorly mopped floors (as if they had walked through the property while it was wet), dirty light switches, shower glass, window sills, tops of cupboards, the list went on. I contacted the cleaners on the same day the agent provided us with this information, well within the 7 day guarantee, and was met with an email stating that we had 'agreed in contract' that there would be no clean guarantee. This was again, a lie. We had not signed any contract, there was never at any point, any discussion of waving the guarantee. I noticed on this day that we received an invoice which included a clause 'no clean guarantee', which I assume, was to cover them in case anyone complained. At any rate, Besparkle refused to re-attend the property even after I pointed out that they promised a 7 day guarantee, so my partner and I were forced to clean up their shoddy job ourselves. What makes this worse is that we had been considering another cleaner provided by our agent, who would have done this job at potentially a cheaper rate and with a REAL bond clean guarantee.I'm not one to usually write reviews like this but the thought this awful business is ripping off other renters with false promises of cheap prices and guarantees made me want to share this abysmal experience. I have attached just a few photos of the house post-clean to give readers a sense of how dodgy this business is.

I have used this cleaning company two times.The cleaners arrived on time, price was cheaper than other companies.The cleaning was good enough to pass property management standard both times, so I retuned my bond money back.I will use them next time!

We used this service under the recommendation of Amira residences and were thoroughly underwhelmed by their service.On arrival they increased their quote by $80 to cover oven cleaning range hood and wall cleaning, items originally quoted forThe clean they performed left marks on walls, an unclean oven, shower, and architraves. They took 2 days to complete this clean of a 2 bdr apartment though I am unsure what they spent their time on given the state of the place afterwards.They ignored any requests for a refund and were largely unhelpful afterwards. While they returned to the property to rectify their job as obligated, this has been a negative experience.Overall expensive and disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I'm so happy with the team today. They did a move out clean on our apartment and it looks 100% better than when we moved in- money well spent for sure! It's really nice to have that item checked off our massive moving to-do list and cleaning this old place is NO easy feat. Thanks guys!

Accommodated our preferred date for the exit clean, communicated clearly and got back to us quickly. Reasonably priced, efficient clean. Our bond clean was up to our building manager’s high standards. Thank you.

WARNING - DO NOT use this company! I went off a recommendation & had bond clean done so terribly I had to ask them to come back... twice... then had to pay for another cleaner on top of what I paid BeSparkle. I researched & found they use a cheap low quality carpet cleaner from a discount website. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY.I paid $700.00 for a bond clean, had to ask them to come back the next day because it was so badly done and then still had to put in hours with my partner to rectify the poor job they had done.They leave out items which should clearly be included in a bond clean ie. Cleaning walls and wooden blinds without telling you when they come and give you a quote.The worst cleaning I have ever seen in my life. If you want to get your bond back do not use this company.

Aria recommend this company to use end of lease cleaning.Jun & crew did a phenomenal job on our bond clean and carpets. Very thorough, yet timely. We got great compliments from the real estate on the state of the unit after vacating and got all of our bond back. Will definitely use these guys again in the future as they're well priced, efficient, and friendly and will also recommend them to friends.
