Dealing with RezaReza has the greatest knowledge, and guidance when it came to ring shopping.My now fiance and i were looking at rings with reza and he was more than accommodating with us for bookings & explaining the rings shapes, sizes and qualities.We had no prior knowledge to wedding & engagement rings.After dealing with reza i had full confidence in selecting a ring for my to be wife.I hope anyone purchasing or looking at rings deals with reza, he is what i would describe as a true professional.

A wonderful experience. The store responded to my online question within an hour of opening. Staff were polite & courteous when I arrived in person at the store later that same day. The salesperson I dealt with was knowledgeable on the item I was interested in - as well as other unrelated items in the store. Overall, I found the staff to be professional, Items were handled carefully & were pristine, the store was clean, the staff were well presented and were happy to assist with any questions I had. I also noticed that their courteous disposition extended to other customers who were in the store whilst I was there. One thing I appreciated was being presented with an alternative item that I was not aware of and there was no sense of pressure at any time. Pricing was reasonable on each of the items I viewed. My purchase was uncomplicated and I will certainly return based on my observations & experiences - as described above. Many Thanks.

The team were very welcoming and friendly upon walking in and I was very impressed with the overall store atmosphere.A special thanks to Elena who was able to help me purchase a specific watch for my husband, which happened to be the last in stock and needed to be transferred from another store within the week. Elena was attentive, friendly and made the overall experience very pleasant. Fantastic service. They have a gorgeous selection of wedding bands for men and women. They are also a great place for jewellery repair with reasonable prices.
