Did a very good job sprucing up out 2006 C3. And did as instructed. Thanks guys

I don’t usually like to leave a bad review because I know that it can really affect a business badly, but I have to this time. I left my car for a full inside outside valet. When I picked it up I was shocked to see that it was still dirty. Most of it untouched. I complained and was told to bring it back. I read other reviews at this point and decided that taking it back wasn’t a good idea. (Many before me had tried and not had good results) I asked for a refund and this was declined.I’m not sure why they are not taking on board the feedback from pretty much every customer. Terrible service all round

Gold $80-Photos are post of after first detail- on complaint -manager said he would redo… Was advised if I wanted these issues done should have got the one above gold…. gave benefit of doubt and returned to have it redone.Was returned with headrest still dirty, mud still in flap, cup trays and gear stick leather were cleaned second time round however had pushed leather gear insert down so has to fix that,outside paint was nice and had a clean polish, and the trims were clean. Missed small areas and wheel arch but overall outside was ok.I’m very torn as my friend has used these guys often and always said they clean there vehicle well… when I showed them images they were very surprised. They were with me on pick up second time round and was even more surprised at the lack of quality.Yep I understand it’s an 80$ not a 300$ but most of this requires only a hose and a cloth.Got points for exterior- lost points for interiorI would say ok for exterior but as for interior please see in photos.

Talked to the owner's son about getting my car detailed for resale, explained I needed it pristine on the inside. Was quoted $70 would be the correct clean, I then offered to pay more re-iterating I need it to be clean and paid $95 for the leather+ clean. Several hours later they told me the car was ready but it was still a mess so they said I could bring it back the next day. The next day the owner himself took on the job, I pointed out the issues and explained how I had been clear with what I wanted and that price wasn't an issue. 20 minutes later and they called to say it was ready and it was still an absolute mess. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.Edit: despite the response from owner - photos speak for themselves. All photos were taken immediately after the car was detailed.

Very disappointing! Firstly, after arriving when I was told it would be finished, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes and return. After doing this, I was still left to wait another 10 minutes in the carpark. Secondly, the quality of the wash was awful! Food crumbs, dust, dirt and animal hair still throughout the car, excess grease and grime on the rims and windows. Finally, they attempted to change me an extra $5 afterwards because “the outside was dirty”. By purchasing the highest level of wash they had I would’ve assumed that a better job would’ve been done. A very disappointing service after what was a great first time for my last visit. Highly do not recommend!

Took my car to get detailed inside and out. Was quoted $140 but charged $170The car looked worse than when I bought it in.The interior looked as though it hadn't been touched.Asked for my money back and the owner promptly declined.The car went back twice and looked worse than the first time around.Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Really disappointed in the quality of work for Gold package $75 water marks all over, dirty spots, still has bird poo. I had to ask for the windows to be redone before leaving they had smear marks everywhere.As it's dark in there you can't see all the faults till you get outside.Don't know what they wiped the leather seats with it now has a stain line which I can't remove see pic. He has offered to rewash but I have no confidence in the young staff employed.

A very poor service. I had an inside / outside, I was quoted 1 price and on returning was told it was a bigger car so it will cost more. A poor job! - The area around the back number plate still has water marks and the boot wasn’t even cleaned.I Will Not be returning.Good day Simon would you like me to add photos of the poor job done?

I'm usually not a fussy person but if you pay for so called silver" package which includes vacuuminginside and cleaning the dust for $65 and you get this??( See the picture yourself) with your "silver" work rate. Me and my wife ourselves take the initiative to clear the many dust left behind inside the car ourselves??? And do the vacuming ??and the worker just go and clean the other car untill i got frustrated and call the worker to finish the cleaning. And that worker is the only one there with his first day work.the picture attached tells the truth. And when the owner told us that he himself do the vacuum inside with this kind of work and keep on asking us are we happy now? You also told us that "silver" package not include wiping the car frame which is fine (you should tell the customers first)
