Thank you to The Tyre Factory Ferntree Gully who went above and beyond in the wee hours of the morning last weekend. My family and I picked up multiple nails in a tyre on the way to a 90th Birthday Party. Only the amazing service at TTF helped us arrive on time. We really appreaciate your kind, generous and professional actions to help us even outside of your opening hours! We will definitely be a returning customer.

I took my car over there for road worthy. They said it took 1 day because car is OK but took 7 days and after 7 days thay charge my 1500 dollars for change part no even need it. 1 months ago I took my car for service in different place and that told my nothing wrong was my car . I knew my car is clean but they charged me for nothing. I went to pike up my car Mr afshin talked to my very loud and rude . He was nearly fight to me why because I told him I just serviced car and mechanic told me your car is clean Why it's cost that much ? But he started fight to me . Thay are very rude. They are ripping people off . If I could I give it no star for review.

Fantastic experience at TTF Ferntree Gully. John was knowledgable and very accomodating, he was even able to source the specific wheel I was looking for cheaper than directly through the manufacturer.His team are very friendly and extremely efficient. Had me in and out in now time enjoying my new rims and tyres!
