I bought sliced meat from the deli, it wasn't fresh. I bought flowers from the front desk, luckily they were going to the cemetery, they were half dead, suppose if I go back I need to wear my reading glasses into the shop

I like the huge range of different products you can get here. I've shopped here 3 times, and each time it has had a handful of customers. The first 2 times the checkout staff have not been friendly or basic courtesy. The 3rd time I mentally prepared to be a polite happy customer to whomever served me, but it didn't help, I didn't even get a thank you when I finished paying through the non-trolley lane.Range and novelty of products is good and but staff culture needs improvement.

We had 5 items in a trolley and were told they can't process it through the express area, we could have taken the 5 items out and walked the trolley outside so it wasn't blocking anything. We were the only people in the express lane and they made us wait in another isle. I was with my mother who is elderly and can't stand for too long. Not happy with them at all and won't be going back there...

Decent vegan range, though quite a significant markup (vegan tax) on these products, which you can find in the fridge section near the dairy products. They do, however, sell the new vegan Golden Gaytimes at only $9.00 for a box of 4. The store itself is very clean and tidy, and rarely ever busy. If the prices were more competitive I’d make it my one stop shop.

Some fat old man told my autistic son and I that we needed to leave the store because he was disturbing other shoppers. Quite disgusting for someone to say in this day and age in such a diverse community. Dropped the goods and left. Shame.

Purchased a bag of bird seed a few days ago, realised a day later it was infested with maggots!! I am so turned off by this, I will never shop at this IGA ever. I couldn’t even eat for a day that’s how turned off I was. The work this bag of maggots did was annoying, I had to clean my car and garage from one bag of bird seed. This shop is to focused on checking peoples bag rather than checking the quality of their stock!!!!
