They liase closely with the medical practitioners next door in providing excellent customer service and go above and beyond in ensuring patients receive the right care and medication. I am travelling through Serpentine so only in town for 2 days and needed a script filled that was a bit of a bother at other places I had been to. The Pharmacist here was so helpful, friendly and kind and made the process so simple. What a fantastic service for this little town.

Because of covid we were unable to get to the pharmacy, we phoned and described our problem. My voice was recognised by the staff member which is very reassuring, and within a short time our scripts were ordered and paid for, our much needed medications were delivered to our door within 24 hours.Well done the team, we are very happy and thankful for the great service
