Really disappointing experience.Took 4 months to install after deposit was paid.Then product was faulty.Took another 6 months for it to be rectified.Once they can out they still didn’t fix issue and garage door was then not installed correctly and clear fault issue was still apparent.Then waited another 6 months to rectify after I chased up.Was then out of warranty and refused to rectify issue.Was spoken to with such disrespect when it wasn’t my fault that as a customer this has happened to me.Unfortunately due to this I cannot recommend and I will also be advising others to not use this company.Now stuck with faulty door and making me pay for it without offering any other solution.Such poor service!

excellent service from quoting to installation

SP Gates are true professionals, they have reinstalled the gates including foundations track and the support structure. WOW I am so pleased its working. Thanks to Dean, Liam and Stephen.We had a gate installed when we had a fence built. I thought all Electric Gate Installers could do the job, WRONG. The gate would not close, we had them out twice charged us $1300 and they could not fix it. They had no idea why it was not closing. They used some sort of poor cement mix, they had footing 300 millimetre and little support. The weight of the gate bent the track with the support sinking.SP installed a new rail 700 millimetre in cement with strong supports and fixed the support post as it was loose as well.Learning get it done right by professionals and I recommend SP Gates. They are super busy because they do a good job, so be patient, the wait is worth it!
