According to QLD law, the shop must display a sign on every entry point, stating that, it is a condition of entry, for staff to be allowed to ask customers to have their personal bags inspected. Even after pointing this out to a supervisor, your employee continued to ask people to have their personal bags checked, to the imbarassment of everyone concerned.A blunt display of arrogance.

Great service, woman who worked Thursday night on the top floor in men's helped find correct fitting shoes and t-shirts, quick and easy.

Frustrating experience buying here for the first time. In April I bought a sweater for work because it is to be used at work I sent it to be embroidered with the company logo. I never used the sweater and after washing it with cold water it shrank from XL to S, which is clearly a defect of the clothing not related to the embroidery. The company did not assume their mistake for the low-quality product and alleged they could not return my money or give me another product because they can't sell the product, which means selling a defective product.

Worst quality clothes and a company that doesn't stand behind the cheap junk they sell, don't bother!! Bought $250 dollars worth of clothes here a few months back including two simple black t-shirts. Wore one of these t-shirts once and washed it once and all the stitching unravelled from the bottom. Tried exchanging it for a new one and they said no because it was past 30 days and it had been worn and washed. Clearly faulty workmanship here and they are just were not willing to stand behind their products, what a joke!! I've owned t-shirts for literally 5-10 years that have been washed countless times and never lost a single thread. I thought a Japanese company could do better than this... what a disappointment. Never again will I waste any money on that junk!

Good Uniqlo store which compares favourably with other stores nationwide. Much quieter than other stores I’ve been to which is a nice change. Plenty of stock on shelves and all sizes were available. Location is excellent as it’s right next to Uniqlo and Adidas, so convenient.

I enjoyed the shopping experience at this Uniglo. Not so busy as the Brisbane CBD one so I was happy to browse in relative peace. I love the quality & feel of the garments. They use delightfully soft fabrics which are easy care & simply designed. I take my ultra light weight puffer jacket away on every overseas trip, so versatile

Shop is big and easy to browsing.Sraff were very friendly and kind.I would like to come back again.
