Of the three instructors i had Steve was definitely the be set i had. Was able to fit me in on such short notice and being able to learn the test routes was so helpful. Could not recommend any more.

As an anxious learner, I wanted to try Steve's iDrive Academy with the reviews I've seen so far. But even just setting up lessons with Steve iDrive has been nothing but painful and frustrating.An instructor called to set up lessons with me and my partner, and when I just confirmed whether the lessons were with Steve, he got frustrated and cancelled my enquiry altogether when he could have encouraged to just go with him for now. This turned us off. Another odd thing was that we still got a text that an instructor was at our area waiting, when they were the ones who cancelled on us.If your google reviews has nothing but Steve's raving recommendations on it, please don't blame customers for wanting to enquire about Steve and his lessons. Dissapointing.

Steve is a fantastic instructor. Made me feel extremely comfortable and prepared me for the test. Could not recommend Steve enough.

Steve is the absolute best - if you’re not driving with Steve you’re missing out! His lessons are so fun yet so educational and he makes sure you know everything and do everything to pass your test! He takes you on all the routes and shows you the best places for all the exercises so you are super confident come test time! I passed first time at City West and cannot thank Steve enough ❤️

Steve is amazing! Both my kids passed first time- my son just today!I'm also really grateful for the work Steve did with my daughter 3 years ago. She drives 1000's of km a year in Tasmania and his teaching set her up well to meet the demands of the difficult places she drives. Remote, dirt roads and busy city driving. I’m confident my son can continue building his skills to become an excellent driver too. I highly recommend Steve!
