Really disappointed with the service here. I bought a pair of Bloch dance heels, used them for a month without any inordinate misuse and the soles had lifted on both shoes. When I returned them to the store they said they were unable to refund or exchange them, the best they could do was send them back to the company and have them reglued and returned to me which would take around 2 weeks, meanwhile opening night is in 3 weeks and I have nothing to rehearse in in the meantime. Would not shop here again, instead I highly recommend the service at Dance Jam in Burnside. Way friendlier, exact same products and a lot are at cheaper prices!

Showtime Dancewear is a great dance store. I would not shop for my dance needs any where else. They have excellent staff and Jody Clune is brilliant, encouraging and helpful and really understands what individual dancers' need.
