Amazing experience here for Valentines Day, Fratelli Paradiso is truly one of the best restaurants in Sydney! The decor was amazing and the customer service is truly next level. Our waiter was attentive (but not hovering) and split our pasta in two on 2 separate plates (as we were sharing). Really next level service which made the experience so lovely. Not to mention the food and flavor combinations… these were incredible and was something me and my partner had never tasted before. Couldn’t recommend more!

came for a nice Italian meal while here for work and the service was pretty average because for the first 15 minutes i sat there with no interaction but just listening to multiple staff asking to leave early. So decided to get takeaway and the meal tasted nice but for $40 the size was below average.

Was a little frantic at first when we first turned up as no one seemed to want to greet us. Once we were sat the wait staff were nice and attentive. Food was great but the portion sizes were a little smaller than I would have hoped. Definitely preferred 10 William St better but this was still nice

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Potts point. If you’re in for an Italian treat this is the place to go. It can be very overwhelming with the amount of options there are in the area but I can assure you that this is a good choice. My only comment is that I wish the menu had a few more options and the portion size for the pasta was a little larger but everything taste amazing. Would come again.

Food experience was varied— bread was nothing to write home about and given the price, a bit disappointing. Scallops were good, dressing great but a bit on the small side as you can see in the picture. Pasta, though, was delicious. Perfectly cooked pasta (which sounds like it should be a given but you'd be surprised) and amazing flavour for the meat.Finally, tiramisù— amazing. The spongey bit of the cake is PROPERLY and authentically soaked through, tastes delicious.I've seen other reviews here, and my two cents on the common complaints:Service— our server was great, friendly, greeted with a smile, not too pushy, and fast. We wanted to split a pasta dish because we weren't too hungry and he serve it to us already split in to bowls, which was very thoughtful. However, we did notice another server who definitely did not have the same attitude or tone as ours. I wouldn't say he was rude but it was a noticeable difference, so I think it really depends on who you get.Portion size— please note that the pasta in my pictures are HALF portion. As mentioned above, the server kindly pre-split our pasta as I wanted to share with my partner. That said, the portions are rather small, and had I not already snacked beforehand I would probably still be hungry even with a full portion and the sides.Price— as others have noted, unfortunately not great given the portion size. Ambience is also just kind of ok given the price point. I would expect something either a bit more upscale of a vibe or something that doesn't cost as much.

We booked for our anniversary start at 6.45pm been told that it's a 2h sitting, we got there 15mn earlier and the server didn't greet us, he just asked us do you have a table?" First of all he didn't greet us and second he couldn't find our booking. We requested on the booking for a table sitting at the booth

This place feels like an Italian institution, and did not disappoint. The staff were at attentive and welcoming, and the food was amazing - light and good portions.

Was really excited to take my best friend here for dinner and ask her to be my bridesmaid via a message on a cake. I brought the cake with me and asked our grumpy old Italian waiter to bring it out at the end, however he refused and just stored it in the fridge. The entire time, he rushed us rudely. Food was very average and service terrible, considering the table behind us had a huge birthday cake brought out by him at the end of their meal. Clearly he allowed it for them but treated us differently. Won’t be returning, there are much better restaurants in Sydney.
