Fantastic service and loving staff! My cat was very sick and I didn't know what was wrong with her so the vets explained to me the need for a diagnostic blood test, this was a bit scary at first because my cat hates needles. I thought maybe I could hold her but then I remembered that she had bitten me before just when I tried to do her nails! So they took her into the hospital area and some nurses held her. They came back and Milly had been so terrified that she tried to bite one of the nurses! I felt so bad! But they explained that she was just scared and perhaps Milly would be best with some 'chill pills' before her blood test. I was unsure about if they would work but gave it a try. I came back the next day after giving her the pill and she was so calm and the nurses were able to collect blood the first go! The blood test revealed she had thyroid disease! Thank goodness they did the blood test, now Milly is on medication and feeling so much better. I really want to thank the kind nurses and vets for understanding how scared my Milly was and not pushing her! Will continue to go here for years!

I’ve been taking my pets here for years and could not recommend any higher! All vets, nurses and reception staff are always accomodating and friendly and they treat my cat with so much love and care.I had an emergency with my cat yesterday and despite being fully booked they managed to squeeze us in to take a look at her, she is now on the mend and I am so grateful for the treatment we have received at this clinic.

Ava was attacked this morning.I went to my local vet this morning as Ava had cut herself on some glass. I’m sitting there with Ava on the lead. She is sniffing around as normal. A lady walks in with a brownish Staffy.Ava goes up for a sniff, owner smiles, so I assume her dog is friendly, as the owner of the dog has shown zero indication that it’s aggressive. Out of nowhere, this dog as Ava’s head in its mouth and my poor girl is screaming in pain. It’s a few seconds before the dog lets go and naturally Ava comes to me screaming in pain. The vet comes out and grabs Ava as she hears the screams from the other room and checks her. She is bleeding from her face and lip & has this gash on her face, which is deeper than it looks in this photo. After she is treated, I go out to pay and simply let them know that I’ll be waiting for the other lady to finish her consult so we can exchange details about the incident. They say no. They request I do not speak to her and gave me the option to leave immediately or call the police.Naturally, I take a seat and tell them I’ll wait for the police. I have spent nearly $20,000 at this vet with Bella and this new “manager”, for no apparent reason, treated me like a criminal for simply requesting the opportunity to ask the owner of the dog for her details. It became quite uncomfortable in there when my baby got her viciously attacked in front of staff, yet when I simply ask for details, the police the called.Once police arrived, I let them know of the situation and the owner of the dog was told to hand over her ID or be charged. I didn’t press charges as the lady said it’s a rescue dog but I will be informing council so no one else’s baby has to be attacked like mine was.I cannot believe Manningham Vet in Bulleen would do this to a customer of theirs, or, in fact, to anyone. My poor baby falls victim to an attack on their premises and we have the police called on us?Safe to say I will never take my puppies there again and I highly recommend no one else goes there either, unless you want your dog to be at risk of being attacked by other vicious dogs, only for the staff to turn around, lie, then deny it ever happened after the fact.

The vets and nurses are consistently wonderful in their profession and as people. Always generous with time, care and affection. Yearly care membership is great value and has saved us greatly.

Money hungry veterinary clinic with revolting customer service. A loyal patron of SEVEN years and the practice manager, Eva, chose to charge me a 'no-show' fee for arriving six minutes late to my appointment. My husband missed an appointment two weeks earlier due to work commitments however we called and still went down and they spent all of three minutes administering gel in my gorgeous Missy's ears - no one was essentially put out and a fee for the appointment was still paid so no financial loss there. I arrive at 4.51pm for a 4.45pm appointment and am charged $50 for a 'No Show' fee as my being late by six minutes put the patients after me out. Mind you, I still sat in the waiting room for three or four minutes until Eva called the vet to take us through. SEVEN years of attending the same vet, late only twice in these seven years, albeit in the same month and slapped with a $50 charge on top of the normal fee. Are you kidding me? How many times have I sat in your waiting area because the vet was running late? After seven years I simply can't count. I have never charged you a 'Damn I'm annoyed because you can't keep your gorgeous patients running to time' fee. I've never even brought it up because I understand that these things happen. Unfortunately the same curtesy does not apply when your money hungry vet is more interested in profit than keeping loyal customers. Goodbye Manningham Vet.

Dr Claire and all of the nurses here were just fantastic on my recent visit and showed so much care and patience when my fur baby needed a tooth extraction. The follow up calls were comforting and definitely made it a less stressful experience.

Ive been bringing all my pets here for years, and I am really happy with the service (1 cat and 2 dogs). Both my dogs are on the vet program there and the value is fantastic. The reason I bring my dogs here is because the last vet muzzled my German shepherd, and this gave her anxiety. These vets have really helped her over come that fear and further more, they have enough understanding and dog experience to not muzzle or mistreat my animals, no matter their size or breed. I highly recommend these guys, they do really care about your pets.

Took good care of my fur baby Kitty while we went on a holiday. Kitty is such a skinny little thing but she always manages to put on a little weight when she boards.

Wonderful clinic offering impeccable service and who really care about pets and their pet parents. They have always been helpful to answer any questions I have about the best care for my two new fur babies. This clinic has recently had a change over of management staff and I couldn’t speak more highly of them having been to a number of different clinics over my time. It is disappointing to see negative reviews below written by former staff or friends of former staff members which do not reflect the service at this clinic at all. Pick up the phone and make an appointment and you won’t be disappointed in deciding for yourself. The head vet Dr Tran is both very skilled and knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pet. She has a wonderful manner and I feel extremely comfortable asking her all of my “silly” questions. The only negative thing is that they aren’t just around the corner or we would be popping in frequently to say “hello”.In response to the comments below, I work for this company but a completely different department and my 2 10 month old kittens are in fact patients of this clinic.
