When it comes to mechanics i have seen them all. The bad, the great and the ugly. Unfortunately, i didn't have a great experience here which is unfortunate with my close proximity. Bit of a rip, little to no customer experience and did not complete a wheel alignment after i specifically mentioned on booking that this would be needed after the tyre replacement. Furthermore, they have put a cheeky 5 thousand on the next service sticker which, being a pretty new car (2017) would not need. Might catch some other off guard.Update since response:Thank you for getting back to me about the above review. I take pride in my own customer service background and hope that this feedback will encourage the business to focus on the customer that continues to support local businesses in the area.I appreciate the information received and stand corrected regarding pricing guide and sticker. Perhaps stipulating your recommendations on next service should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid confusion in future.Thank you for offering to help me with my wheel alignment, however when i had spoken to Andrew yesterday he did not seem very concerned about it and told me to look around the area, which i have and regrettably will have to go without a car again for a day. Please keep in mind the customer experience and acknowledge the difficulty it is to logistically navigate ourselves professionally without our cars as this is a major inconvenience to the everyday customer.

Andrew, Marion and the team make a newcomer feel welcome to their workshop. When you drop your car off it may seem like a brief and frank experience, but when you come back to grab your vehicle... mate, you're given every bit of information you could possibly need. This is a beautiful marker of sincerity, this team crushes the job and is honest as heck in their delivery. Stoked with the work, made me feel looked after. Cheers team.

I had a busines close to Chandlers Corner. Andrew and his staff maintained my fleet of vehicles for nearly five years. His honesty, efficiency, helpfulness, and reliability were incredible in fact were very important to my business. He and his main mechanic Tony are very competent and go to great lengths to satisfy customers and therefor have a strong local followowing evidenced by a crowded parked out area around the workshop at any time. His charging has always seemed more than reasonable to me.

I turned up at Chandler's Corner 5mins before closing time on a Friday afternoon, with a very worrying noise in my car, causing me concern.Andrew and Daniel were straight onto it and more than happy to help, despite the horrid timing on my part.Within 20mins, Andrew had diagnosed the issue and was fixing it.Without his fast diagnosis and fix, I would likely have been up for a few thousand dollars worth of repairs.I will be bringing my car here in the future.Customer service was amazing.

A good reliable mechanic. If you want your car serviced or repaired come here. If you want a coffee and muffin in a fancy waiting room while a smarmy salesmen tries to rip you off you'll want to ring one of the big chains or dealers.

My car developed a problem on Sunday. Popped in on Monday morning. Andrew ran diagnostics on it pretty much straight away. No problem. No saying come back/cannot do it etc etc. Arranged for me to take it to auto electrician and for a staff member to pick me up from there and take me hove. Great service. Great assistance. Much better than big service centres.

We have been bringing our family cars to Andrew for many years now. He has always been honest, efficient, incredibly helpful, and 100% reliable. I recommend him and his team constantly whenever the opportunity arises. He never price gouges. If he can't do it, he tells you up front and if he can do something, he finds the most cost efficient way to proceed. Andrew is a man of few words but those he speaks are honourable : ) We highly recommend this team of mechanics if you are looking for someone to trust with your vehicle.

Managed to squeeze me in for a much needed safety certficate on the same day! Absolute life savers. Lady at reception was lovely and extremely helpful

Anyone wants to visit this business should really think about if it does worth your time and money and if you would trust in them to service your vehicle.I went in person and asked for a major service with some parts replacement , $2k+ job. The owner agreed to call me after he found out details about parts. And you know what? No call back or text at all, even after I made couple phone calls in the last 2 weeks.This is not professional and I don't think people who come here deserved such level of customer service.

Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated at this place. The man I was serviced by (seemed like the owner) had horrid phone service and was even worse in person. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by any business ever. I came in to have a job redone because it wasn't done properly the first time by this business and I was treated like a burden to them. There was no hello, no smile. He just sighed when I came in and shoved his hand at me and said keys". I then had to wait for nearly 40 minutes with no where to sit. There was no air conditioning inside and it was a hot
