Hidden Gem! The spicy margaritas were amazing and a must try for anyone that likes a kick, I’ve tried so many and these are one of the best I’ve had.The octopus was very tender and delicious, all the tacos are so good and fresh, and the corn ribs were my favorite.The service was great, it was such a great experience between food and service we had a great time.

Had excellent prawn, scallop, chicken, pork, and beef tacos at El Gringo’s, as well as some amazing guacamole and chips. They’re not traditional tacos, but that’s not a bad thing as these were truly delicious! I don’t think I have ever heard of scallops in tacos, and while these were pretty runny/watery (as scallops tend to be), it was a unique and tasty combination.They were so good we came here twice in the 9 days we were in Sydney!

Inconsistent food and no Corona beers!The food is better on the weekend than weeknights. We went on a week night thinking it was going to be the same tasty dishes however it was very different. The fish taco tasted like old oil, one of the tacos had an over powering vinaigrette taste. It wasn't very balanced. The guacamole needs to be seasoned. The frozen and spicy margaritas are great. For a Mexican joint they didn't stock Corona beers, which I found strange. The corn ribs are the best but pricy for $15 a plate.

We ordered lots of different tacos, all the flavor are SO GOOD! We went there pretty late but luckily they still offered food! The Mexican beer and nachos were also good!We tried lots of different Mexican restaurants in Sydney and so far this one will be in my top3!

Had to most amazing experience tonight. The staff was amazing. Especially Nicky & Charlie. The food was super fresh and tasty. Will be coming back and recommending. Thanks guys.

Great tacos and super friendly service. The guy that served us recommended the duck taco which was delicious, my favourite was the steak and fish taco. The lamb taco was great too and quite substantial. Love it!

Oh my God. What a hidden gem. Why have I not found this place earlier!Every single item is a flavour bomb. The bbq corn is so amazing and they cut it in little portions so you eat them like pork ribs. Tacos were great, chilli margaritas were really spicy and I love them. The staff were very friendly.Only downside is that while the Chargrilled Octopus were super tasty, they don't look the same as past google photos. Previously they octopus tentacles instead of baby octopus. I personally prefer tentacles as they have more texture to them. And there is another baby octopus dish on the menu. So basically using 1 ingredient for both and potentially might confuse future patrons. I'm not gonna deduct any points but the business should be aware people are using past photos as reference and may potentially feel misled.

Fun place with good food and margaritas.There were 6 of us for dinner, service was great throughout and the place has a cool Mexican vibe to it.The food was good too. We thought the snacks were much better than the tacos, especially the squid, the corn and the cauliflower.We then ordered a large variety of tacos and were overall underwhelmed. The pork and fish tacos were good but the rest of them a bit disappointing, with the scallop and cauliflower tacos being our least favourite.Overall a great experience and very fair pricing, worth a visit
