Had the most amazing experience getting my car fixed with Rosh!! The whole process was easy and straightforward. Rosh took care of everything and made sure we had nothing to worry about. Honestly I can’t rave enough about their fantastic customer service - just amazing!!!

I love South Melbourne Panels I had a crash and was so worried about it being unfixable. I took it to Jason and I can say with out a doubt in my mind I have never met a more caring and respectable man they fixed my bonnet and looks better then when I first purchased the car. My car was in a small accident but because of age and repair costs was in danger of write off but Shaun was able to negotiate and the car was repaired. Due to no fault of South Melbourne panels but due to supply issues it took longer and they wanted to have it done properly. They supplied a loan car with no hassles so I could carry on as normal. I took my car to South Melbourne Panels to assess the damage of a previous panel repairer which I was not happy with, which had done a sub par job of repairing the rear end of my car. I had the Pleasure of meeting with Jason and Rosh who gave me a detailed assessment of the repairs needed to be made to rectify the issues I wanted resolved. They kept me informed each step of the way of the progress till completion. I also wanted the rest of the car resprayed as the paint was looking a bit tired with lots of imperfections and small dings in the body work over the years as it’s a 23 year old car. They gave me a very fair quote and It was a lengthy process but the end result came out a treat. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and effort put into restoring the car to such a high standard , It looks like it left the factory, and gives me great joy to look at. Will definitely recommend this shop as they put great pride and detail into their craft and ensure you leave a happy customer and a return customer. I have to thank jason and his team for getting my car fixed and communicating with the insurance company after my accident. They will patiently communicate with me and tell me the current situation. They also provide hire car service, and finally they washed my car very clean and returned it to me.

Rosh and Jason were absolutely amazing! I had a big dent on my front car door as a result of hitting it on a carpark pillar. I took my car to south Melbourne panel beaters and both, rosh and jason not only helped me through the whole process but also did such a great job with the repair! I don’t usually write reviews but I am in this case because I have been left so impressed and grateful for South Melbourne Panels. Rosh & Jason are two of the most helpful and genuine men I’ve come across. Not only did they fix (and clean) my BMW, they happily stored it for a few weeks whilst I was overseas.
