Had a hybrid set of lashes done by Gemma, she was fantastic, I gave her a vague description of what I was after, and she gave me a gorgeous set, I said cat eye with a little wide eyed baby doll, (how do you figure that out?!) And she absolutely nailed it! Felt super comfortable, relaxed and welcome, going for my refill today, absolutely recommend!**update** Gemma is also excellent with waxing! She was so kind to fit me in to her schedule at the last minute for a waxing appointment, super gentle, thorough and quick!

Kim is absolutely phenomenal, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Always so professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Always look forward to my fortnightly lash refills xxx

I had a bad experience with jools a few years ago but they have made a turn around and all the staff here now are lovely. Ella did my hair and she took a lot of time and effort into achieving the results I wanted, I was very happy and will be returning in the future. Thanks Ella for my beautiful blonde hair!

Fantastic service, and amazing results. I chose Ally based on other reviews, and was not disappointed. She took the time to sit down with me and go through colour options, looked at the reference pictures I had, and discussed what would look best with my skin tone. She put so much effort in and was just as excited as I was to see the final results. And boy they didn't disappoint! I love my hair - it's so healthy and vibrant, and she took me from a blonde to a auburn/copper in one sitting. Thanks so much Ally, I'm so thrilled!!!

I have had a number of different girls for my hair but I would absolutely not go past Sammy.. she is amazing.. how she deals with clients is outstanding and her work is down right perfect... I recently had a very bad experience with my haircut with one of the other senior stylists because I couldn't get an appointment with Sammy as she was booked out, but even then she made the time to correct my haircut which was destroyed by another advanced senior stylist so called who was also not a very happy person and her demina was just aggressive when I expressed my feelings about my haircut".. if you ever go to jools please ask for Sammy if you want a perfect style or colour"

I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted with Kacie and I loved it! My lashes look amazing and Kacie was so lovely - she talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and quiet, and I will definitely come back soon! ☺️

These reviews just don't do Jools for Jim justice!I had Kim for my full set of volume lashes last week and the quality of the lashes and the obvious experience from Kim made for the most beautiful lashes. The amount of compliments I have received is astonishing. I've never had my lashes done before so I'm so thankful my first time was with Jools for Jim.
