I booked from out-of-town and had same-day service. The mechanic listened carefully to my description and fixed the several things securely, with a couple of extra touches and friendly expert service. I know bike shops and this is right up there folks

Customer Service is outstanding, you feel valued and a business who cares about people. Good honest advice on bikes. They also fixed my sons friends bike, (we gave to him, so he could get to school) when we requested old parts, as the family could not afford to get it fixed. One happy dude this afternoon. There is a great selection of everything here at reasonable prices. The staff were a family and very friendly with great customer service. We only went in for stunt pegs that didn't cost as much as the bike, and we found a bike shop that will be our regular shop from now on.
