I like the brand, but the attitude and lack of manners of the store stuff have ruined shopping experience for me. I have never been pushed to the door so persistently and in such a rude manner before. DFO was closing at 6pm, while Sass & Bide was closing at 5pm. Customers entering the store after 17:45 were immediately greeted" with "we are closing in 5 min". Retail staff did not display any desire to make a sale or to provide customer service
