Rosie went above and beyond in assisting me with the sale of my aged father's unit. I thought trying to do the sale from Sydney would be triky but Rosie coordinated the sale and did everything for us. She is so professional, kind and courteous, nothing was too much trouble for her. My father was thrilled with the sale price Rosie and Neil attained for him.I highly recommend Burleigh Miami Realty.

I was a renter, for only about 5mths with this business. It was when I vacated that all of the drama started. I was flat out lied to. Felt tricked by the BS stories regarding bond return.What should have been a straight forward process ended up as a terrible experience.I would have accepted the multiple stuff ups had I been told the truth. More BS and lies were used ontop of other lies. As a tenant, to be treated with such low regard is a real blight on their business and the industry they represent.

It's a no brainer to use these guys.Anne is easy to deal with, professional, helpful and delighted to have a chat.The accommodation provided is of an excellent standard. Payment options were easy.These guys are so much easier and cheaper then the usual online options of AirBnb, Booking, etc. And you can talk with a *real* human on the phone or in person if you have questions or require assistance. Frankly you'd you stupid not to try these guys first before the anonymous online, overseas based websites. You save time, money and stress.

Horrendous agency - possibly the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will never recommend them to anyone that I care about. No communication abilities towards clients & each other, rude & unhelpful staff, unprofessional in many areas. Personally I am very relieved to not have to deal with Burleigh Miami Realty anymore, it is a huge weight lifted from me.

A big thank you to the team at Burleigh Miami for their quick and professional help in organising a rental property for us. We've just returned from London with a small child, so having someone take away the headache of finding a place to live was invaluable and we really appreciated their fast and friendly service. Within 24 hours, the paperwork was done and we could cross it off the list. A pleasure to deal with and we're thrilled with our new beachside flat!
