Trevan Ford

Worst customer service on the planet.Had my transit van serviced and the staff crashed it in to the hoist.Service manager informed me of this accident only after I had paid for the 60,000km service.Actions from Trevan Ford have left me out of pocket, extremely inconvenienced and very disappointed in the Ford brand.Thanks.

Regarding panel and repair shop - Worst service ive experienced in a long time. Excessive wait on a simple repair and when i picked up the vehicle it hadnt been road tested so fault was still present. Never returned phone calls and took over 3 days just to issue an invoice. Id seriously consider finding an alternative to this repair shop. It will save you much grief.

Bought our Ranger here two years ago. Helpful staff as Trevans, and now owned by Frizelles, the service seems just as efficient.

Wouldn't even give them one star but it's the lowest option. Took them 3 weeks after inspection to book me in for repairs, told me it would take 4-5 days. Rung me on the third day saying they hadn't touched it and needed to send it to another repairer. New repairer told me the same thing about the damage but there was no way they could fix it in such a small time frame as it takes time for approval and ordered parts to come in etc. So they flat out lied about the time frame. Trevan ford is a pathetically staffed poor excuse of a buisness.

I purchased my 2nd hand SV6 Commodore from here 3 years ago and the after sales service has been fantastic! Highly recommended for a local dealership and service centre. A great friendly and professional team :)

Would like to Thank Des for looking after us on our recent purchase, Des made purchasing our new vehicle easy and stress free. We live in Kellyville/Metropolitan Sydney which made it difficult to inspect the vehicle due to our busy work schedule, ended up purchasing the vehicle purely through negotiations over the phone, emails and sight unseen" (obviously we were a little skeptical about buying a vehicle having not inspected the car but we couldn't be happier). They offered door to door service delivering our vehicle ahead of time exceeding all our expectation and collected our trade in (completing a 15 hour round trip from Lismore to Kellyville and then back to Lismore). Highly recommend the team at Traven/Northern Rivers Ford. I recommend anyone considering a Ford to touch base with Des before making a final decision

Just told that it would be 2 weeks before service could look at my territory which keeps stoping unexpectedly (highly dangerous)I rang the Ballina service centre instead and they booked me in straight away and understood the dangerous nature of the issue. Not good enough Lismore Ford. When you spend $55,000 on a vehicle you expect a little service.

Manager is untrustworthy in my opinion. Told me six weeks ago that if I obtained a specialist licence that he would employ me. I paid several hundred dollars to apply for licence. Called him on the friday the licence came..... he said come in and start on monday morning.....I left my previous employment....went in to start new job on monday morning and was informed by manager....sorry one of our existing employees has just got his licence.... The mans word is not kept....untrustworthy....

Excellent service, friendly staff and certainly an 'above and beyond' outcome for my smash repair experience.I wasn't even their customer when I arrived (insurance repair by the person that hit my vehicle), but after dealing with them I will certainly be going back if the situation arises. A+.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Super helpful and went above the call of duty. Would recommend them to everyone I know in Lismore. Also if you need help on the workshop side ask for Tony. What a champion.Jonathan KingOsteopath
