I’ve been interested in Kyokushin for some time. I approached Power Karate Canberra for a trial several weeks ago and I haven’t looked back. The combination of technique and conditioning work is challenging but a lot of fun. Importantly, Sempai Shaun provides clear and thorough explanation and instruction to assist me to transition from previous learnt techniques to the Kyokushin style.

My son has been attending classes regularly and I am so grateful that we found Power Karate. The time and effort that the instructors put in with the childrens classes go above and beyond.
