Don’t not sign with this gym! Manager adam has admitted fault by and will not give a refund for using my bank account details which I have never given for a direct debit since October, no refund! November money come out no refund it is after Christmas he promised a refund still nothing! I will be taking this further, do not stay at this gym cancel and go elsewhere they will keep taking money from your account and won’t return it!

Been at snapfitness for a while now and it’s a great gym! Very spacious and normally quiet so you can get your workout in without any issues!

Horrible. I would leave zero stars if I could. Not only do they refuse to let you cancel your membership, due to one reason or another, but they will keep billing you every day! they've taken money already, and yet they try to bleed more out of my partner's account. The manager is lazy, borderline refusing to help us, even going so far to not answer calls. This is not okay.

This gym is fantastic! It is HUGE and has everything I could possibly need. I have come here a few times while travelling and Adam and the team have been so friendly and welcoming!

Joined a week ago and Adam the manager is awesome he was friendly and helpful with all my questions before I had meet with the PTAdam told me what machines would be best to do with my hip problem and what would set it off it was good to have that help as I had never been to a gym before highly recommend snap fitness traralgon

Love my gym. They have a lot of equipments never have to wait for our turns. They maintain the place well. I have been to many gyms, this has to be one of the best I have been in.

Like, its ok... but there are no mirrors in the room w the deadlift bar, some of the equipment is awkwardly placed, some broken. Also we've been incorrectly billed consistently for the last month (overcharged e direct debits coming out days apart). Overall is pricier than some of the other options and not quite as good... but overall not a bad gym. A solid 3.
