Floorexperts didn't actually fit my floor but I found their post on how to fix creaky floorboards... my brother ran a Stanley knife down the grooves and hey presto... the creaks that have been sending me crazy just disappeared! Going to add WD40 just to finish off. Amazing! I was preparing for ripping the whole floor up and paying thousands not to mention the stress my bro was feeling knowing he laid it, and there's underfloor pipes just under it! Big thanks for the advice. They clearly know all about wooden floors!

Carl is really a floor expert, he managed to repair the damaged bearer and joist in my property with very little subfloor access. The repair was done without opening up the floor which really minimise the impact to the property. Thanks Carl for your help.

Our floors came up great. We had our floors sanded and polished. We also had an area fixed and replaced which was quite in depth. Karl was very good at organising us to do our floors as there were split levels and furniture of course. He explained everything well and then proceeded to do a very good job. He also came back to help fix a problem for us which we were very thankful for. We definately recommend Karl and Floor Experts.
