1) I'm pretty sure they have given/sold my contact details to many other electricity providers so be ready to be spammed.2) Would have been so much faster to sign up for an electricity provider online instead of spending more 45min on the line with them listening to all their non-sense.

My real estate agent told me to expect a text from this company, which I received shortly after my lease was confirmed. I followed the prompts and got my electricity and gas set up so quickly. Would recommend.

In my experience, this company did not live up to their promises and left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Despite assuring me that everything would be easy and seamless, the reality was quite the opposite. On the first night in my new home, I was left without electricity, despite being told that everything was good to go in the morning. Additionally, I was left without hot water for two days, which is especially inconvenient during a move.Overall, I would not recommend this company. They seem to act as a middleman, making promises they cannot keep and causing unnecessary delays and frustrations. If you're looking for reliable service, I would suggest going directly to the supplier instead.

Called me after I had got my rental application accepted. I was busy, however, they were happy to call me back in an hour or two. I called them back early and they recognised me right away, congratulated my on my rental, and started the process for me right away! I didn't know a lot about my property, however, they were able to fetch the required information quickly anyways to connect up my water, electricity, and gas. Overall, I had a really good experience.

Friendly, helpful service to connect utilities. We recently moved to Australia and Hood took all the hassle out of signing up for utilities when we’ve got so much else going on. They did exactly what they said with confirmation from utility companies within 24hrs. We had a very positive experience with hood.
