Michael Cann - Posture, Movement and Voice Coaching. Feldenkrais Method

I visited Michael's Feldenkrais practice a few months ago. I was taken by Michaels keen observations about my posture. He has real practical advise on how to better the posture in my often off-kilter long and lanky body.This very beneficial in stressful situations. Very valuable advise. Highly recommend Michael.

I went to see Michael because RSI in my wrists was making it painful to use a computer mouse. Michael taught me to move the mouse using my whole arm and my ribs - eye opening! Several years have passed and the problem has never returned.I found Michael's style of working gently and articulately with both body and mind opened a whole new way of being in my body. So I've continued to study with him on and off over the years. I've always been pretty fit and active in sports but Michael has helped me learn so much more about my feet, shoulders and more recently posture.We invest so much time studying all sorts of other things, why not your body?
