Great facilities for washing, drying of clothes, dog, animal bedding etc until something goes wrong with a machine you then have to contact Nolene who on more than one occasion has provided her speech of assistance which amounts to no assistance at all everything is in the too hard basket such a waste of a phone call

Has everything you could possibly need, including pet cleaning area out the back. Very impressive, very professional.

FANTASTIC. Easy parking at the door. Three sizes of wash mach, 9kg $6, 13kg $ ?, 22kg $ ?. Reg dryers $1/7 mins also bigger dryer. All seem new, all front loaders. Dog wash out back, Aldi, Woolies and car wash over the road.

Seems expensive, but then again I haven't used a laundromat for 50 years. It got us out of a tight spot.

The cleanest, best equiped laundry I’ve been to. LOVE that they have a separate section for animal washing. Highly recommend.

Horrible experienceThere timings on google says open till 10 pm but when I got there at 9:45 Pm, the door won't open. I had work clothes and a blanket in the wash. I rang the lady requesting whether she can open the door remotely. And her reply was cold and as rude as it can be. Rather than saying sorry, she accused me that I am the one who is late and tried to school me that I should've arrived there earlier and every clock in australia is little bit ahead or behind the time. I just laughed at her because I was there 15 minutes prior to their closing time. And 15 minutes is not 'little bit of time' as she stated. Always used to go there, but not anymore. You have lost a customer. And had u apologise or even if you had dealt in nicer tone, I would still understand. You clearly dont know how to keep customers with business. Thanks Noelene.
