Ordered a bin from Brett’s as I heard off a friend that they are one of the cheapest and most friendliest bunch of guys, was not disappointed to see a new bin in the driveway within a hour of calling and it gone once I had called them to pick it up. It’s also good to see a younger man with a level head out there and focused on delivering the best to his customers. I know I’ll need a bin within the next two weeks and I know where I’ll get it from. Thanks Brett’s Bins!!!

Contacted John on short notice, needing an urgent 4 metre bin delivered to my parents place. John delivered on his promise to have my bin delivered on time and picked it up at the scheduled time. Thanks mate, great service!!

Disgraceful customer service! What a calamity of errors!The skip arrived 4hrs later than promised which meant I had to rearrange the help I needed which meant we needed to keep it for additional days which was fine but then the skip was not picked up when promised (another broken promise) by John which complicated access for an event I was having at my home. This led to a damaged garage door of my neighbour by a vendor and also damage to my car. In addition to this he messaged me at 1.30am which is beyond inappropriate. What utter rubbish service. NEVER AGAIN

Rang on Monday and had the skip bin within the hour. Not the first time I've used them but it's a bonus that they do same day delivery and pick up if need be. Recommend these guys

Great service with excellent communication and competitive pricing. The bin was delivered on the same day and removed without any delay. Also the weight allowance is very generous for the price. Highly recommended for any skip bin service in the area.

The price and ease of payment with no hidden charges is a good aspect of this service however we recently ordered one for a week and have not been impressed. The bin was still there 5 days after the expected pick up and took approximately 5 phone calls to have them collect it. On each call we were assured it would be collected the same or next day however this did not happen. Due to this I think I may try another bin service in the future.

Brett’s Bin were amazing on time for drop off and pick up , after 10 years of collecting so much needed a much needed clean out and Brett’s bins was so much cheaper than all the trips to the tip we would of had. I I had great communication with both John and Ivan. Ivan placed bin right where we needed it even if it was in such a tight spot. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again in the very near future. As we still have a storage unit to clear out , can not thank these gentleman enough.

They delivered a bin within an hour, and this was during the busy Christmas time holidays. Fantastic service and great price, Highly recommend and will be using again.
