Love yoga with fiona! I find her classes gentle and restorative and the Studio is lovely too. Really helpful post pregnancy to help manage back pain.

We organised Fiona to come to our hired home in the Southern Highlands to conduct a class for our team of 7 women. It was such a wonderful way to start the day. Fiona was engaging, intuitive and led the group in a perfect way across multiple skill levels. Thank you Fiona for the experience.
