I dont even want to give 1 star!! This company is double dipping into peoples ndis by double invoicing and submitting invoices with the wrong hrs. I can not tell you how many times we have had to pull them up and demand them to refund the money they have over charged in invoices!! Cheeky buggers just charged $3018.00 for 20.5hrs of work. 2 invoices same service dates with different hours. Will be reporting this company!! This is just one example I'm providing here!! Im so angry and disappointed. Do not enguage this service provider

Great staff, prompt reply and wonderful care. I set up domestic help and social support for my parents and they were so professional and friendly. The carers are understanding, and really listen to your needs. I recommend their service to everyone!

I have been working with South west care for around two years and this is the longest period that I worked with in the sector because I really enjoyed having participants from different backgrounds more then mine, also the management trying the best to make me feel comfortable by giving me the tasks that I can do and enjoy the most, and the most important is that all the participants appreciate and enjoy my work and this is why I am happy with what I am doing and I am happy to have more people to support
