Outside shopping centre with no parking around other than Westfield parking. Unless you very familiar with Westfield parking, it's not easy to find the way out and get here.

Has good service and the wait is usually not too long to get quotes.

I cancelled my road assistance before renewal the day one week, they still take my money,, and my car by someone hit no my fault, they also take my $850. When call them need wait more than one hour, never NRMA again.

One of the grossest and most incompetent group of people i have had the displeasure of dealing with. Yuck.

NRMA have chosen to be fraudulant within multiple choices and actions.Abridge version upon losing my number plate and taking 5 months to repair my car. When taking this further their complaints (IAG) team are complacent with lying to me about the reason the repairer took 5 months. I have been provided with the order documents proving that the repairer didn't order my parts for 4 months after having recieved my car. However NRMA refuse to comment on this and claim that the repairer tried to contact me within the first month - more lies.Furthermore, they lost my number plate and tried to claim their repairer has contacted me about this in april. They did not let me know until 19th of April and tried to blame NRMA, NRMA are trying to blame me because they can't take responsibility that they cannot communicate.I would highly suggest that the company deal with their incompetent lack of communication and lies before dealing with customers.

I had someone illegal cross road and run into me and they claim I am part responsibleI will be leaving this company all 3 insurances and all! Their review is amateur and they want to make money off you!

DO NOT TRUST. NRMA are thieves. Will not pay claims and makes you waste hours and hours on the phone to try and avoid paying claims.
