When I rang I said it was an emergency due to nasty pet stain and was given an appt the following day. (Thurs).I was later sent a text asking if I could change my appt to the Sat. I asked if this would make any difference to the stain and was told as long as cleaned within 10 days it shouldn't make much difference! I accepted the new appt at the VIP price.Buddy the cleaning technician was very good and did his best to reduce the stain. However he said I shud have gotten some one on to stain within 24 hours. So annoyed I was given incorrect information when making booking. He even said it would have been worth ringing around to get stain attended to immediately! So carpet only a year old and disappointed the stain could not be totally removed.Also, I discovered about 4 hours after job completed my tap had not been properly turned off.So a mixed review. Would probably use again for a refresh in a few months.

Carpets were done well, however they missed one of our bathrooms. Also, gave a 2 hour window and didn't keep to it. Waiting over 2 hours with a baby for them to arrive, despite advising them of our circumstances the day prior. Also, requested a receipt as our real estate required it and it took us several messages and phone calls to get it. Poor customer service however, the carpets do look great. Wouldn't recommend them though.

This is a competitively priced carpet cleaning service. They get back to you and stay in touch about times and other details. They did an excellent job on my lounge-room carpet in Fairfield when my lease expired. Rosanne was professional and helpful from beginning to end with regard to emails and text messages.
