Mrs. Fields Garden City

If you are in Westfield Garden City or Mt. Gravatt this is the place to go for a good coffee. I would strongly argue they make the best coffee in Brisbane.

Mrs. Fields is one of the most underrated coffee chain, their coffee is probably the smoothest out of all of them. Unfortunately I'm not a coffee expert, but it is definitely the most pleasant to drink of all the other big chains. You can can tell they have put plenty of effort into their coffee; like roasting it themselves. Every fields I've been too the staff was very welcoming and happy to serve and was happy to accommodate for complex orders. An excellent touch of goodness is that they won't charge you any extra for specialty milks. They have a decent range of brekkie and snacks and oodles of cookies and biscuits to choose from. Dine in services are also excellent with coffees served in good quality mugs. Staff working at the same center usually get a free size upgrade too, which is a good touch. I can strongly recommend their long black as you can really taste all the notes in their carefully crafted coffee. They have to be in the top 3 for sure :)

I love coming here! I always come back and that’s how the staff already know what I like to have. They’re really great at customer service and the meals and coffee are really always yummy and well presented. You can notice the love and dedication they put into it. And that’s why I always come back and recommend it.

The shop has delicious food that is high quality baked with the utmost care and the staff there are amazing and kind. Every time I go there they always manage to bring a smile to my face. It is seriously underrated, the coffee is such high quality and very enjoyable when served by kind staff members.

We have been getting these for over 30 years, but not for some time when our store closed in Loganholme. Rediscovered them recently and nothing has changed, except the range has shrunk considerably. Good thing my favourites are still avalable
