I love Bunnings. I just popped in to buy a child lock for a sliding door - for a naughty puppy. Access is so easy. Parking places everywhere. I asked which aisle and the assistant was spot on. Also picked up two gerbera plants on special. Bargain. Thanks Bunnings.

One of the newer warehouse style of store. Nice and big with wide isles. My experience with the team members I dealt with was good. They were all happy, friendly, and knowledgeable and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

I ended up at this bunnings after oxley and indooroopilly didn't have stock despite the website saying those stores had stock of the product I needed. Friendly staff and they had what I needed.

Needed to hire a trailer without a booking. Staff assisted me with a few hours left in the day. Ran overtime and dropped trailer off early in the morning. Charged appropriately for that. No dramas. Appreciate the assistance.

I had a great experience at the Gap site today, overwhelmed looking for a mower and edger and I think a man called Rick helped me out. He was very patient and informative, great asset to the store!

I needed some lumber, this is not at all my wheelhouse so I had a lot of questions, the Bunnings staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. Leslie greeted me at the timber & trade entrance and explained exactly what I needed to do, and helped me by suggesting the best material for my job. As it was a simple job the staff were also more than happy to cut my plywood down to size for me. Thank you :)

Above and beyond experience thanks to Jack at the special orders desk today (8th January 2023). We had been trying to secure several furniture items for weeks, without any luck. Jack called around to several other Bunnings in SEQ and managed to find what we were looking for, from 3 different Bunnings stores. He had each store hold the items for us, and we had everything set up in our home before the sun went down! Jack is an absolute asset to Bunnings, and because of him we’ll be back time and time again! Thanks for the outstanding effort Jack!
