7 years ago, Chris went out of his way to find us a great house in Vasse as we could only pop down from Perth intermittently to search for one. Then a couple of years on, he sold our parents' home quickly and efficiently. And now he has just taken on, and sold in just over a week, our home in Vasse. We first met Chris around 8 years ago when we were building a house in Yalyallup which we had planned to sell. Chris helped us with little tips to help us build a home that would be easier to sell. The market changed so we decided to rent it out instead and signed it to Chris' property management team. The team were amazing at finding the right people which resulted in our home being well kept and when it came time to sell, Chris was able to negotiate $25K above our price. Highly recommended.
