Went their last week looking for new curtains and the staff done a amazing job of helping pick the right ones and also walked out with a new bed covers and cushions to match. I was super happy with the service I received.

The service at the Capalaba branch is top standard. Do not be put off with the age of some of the staff, they understand what customer service is. I have in the recent months dealt with numerous sales staff and would give them 10/10. This team has a great leader that gets the best from staff. Helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Blinds ordered over a year ago. Fitting was poor. Blinds have creases . Been no follow up since November to the agreed replacement.

We were looking for a particular product, and after being told in one shop they didn't have it, we came looking at Curtain Wonderland. Again we were told they didn't have any, but then the lady proceeded to actually explain why such an item wold be really hard to come by. She was very helpful in suggesting alternatives and also walked us around and pointed out curtains that matched what we described we were looking for. We came away very happy with our purchase. Such excellent service, thank you so much!

Curtain Wonderland scheduled a date for the installation of the curtain track and then changed the date of the installation without telling me. When they first came to install the curtain track, they did not have the right track. They accused us that we must have been mistaken about the window where the curtain track was to be installed. They then had to go back and reorder/remake a curtain track with the correct length. On the day that they installed the curtain track, they arrived at around 7pm which was several hours after the scheduled time. The employees couldn't speak English properly and we had to help them install it.

Wouldn’t waste your money. 14 months after install of our blockout blinds they have started to split, show spots and are basically falling apart. The store I spoke with only warrant for 12 months. I understand 12months is an average warranty however the products is useless if you have to replace every year. Just a warning. Would not purchase here again.
