Karl is an amazing business owner, the level of service and customisation is fantastic. He must’ve switched around configurations 5/6 times, even coming up with unique solutions for me and my partner as wanted different firmness levels. He even stayed open for an extra hour for us to lie and get a feel for each configuration!Not to mention the quality of the foams and springs felt great.Highly recommended!

We have had our mattress from Ausbeds since 2016. It's still in amazing conditions, even after several moves and storages.This is the best mattress we ever owned.

We purchased our king bed mattress about 3 months ago and I have held off writing a review to see how the mattress went after some use. After testing out lots of options in the showroom/factory we picked the Aurora 8 med-firm king as the one for us. The mattress has exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate on buying another when we are in the market again. We often recommend this store to anyone we know is looking for a new mattress. The shopping experience was also very good - knowledgable, not pushy and the delivery went smoothly without fuss. I couldn't recommend this product more highly.

2nd bed bought from Ausbeds. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great customer service and a great product. Can't ask for more. Far better than our prior bed which was triple the price.

I purchased a firm mattress. After the first night I thought it was too firm. I was going to remove a layer but decided to give it a few more nights. I'm glad I did. I love the firmness and have been sleeping the best I have in over 5 years. Thank you all at Ausbeds.

It's a bit of a trek for us down to Marrickville to see the showroom (we're up north so it was around an hour's drive one-way) but would say it was far worth it. Low-pressure situation to see the mattresses and Karl - the owner - personally showed me around the products and didn't hesitate to open up a mattress and show me the layer system, how it changed depending on the required firmness and how the change-it-yourself system worked. I came back later with my wife and Courtney was equally as knowledgable and equally as chill, leaving us with all the time to try out the mattresses as we needed and answering any questions we had as we went.When time came for delivery, it came on the back of a flatbed truck and the delivery guy (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was also in the know regarding the mattress, extremely quick to put the bedframe together and efficient and pleasant to deal with. A far cry from the contracted bed-in-a-box delivery people! And delivery was a mere two or three days after we ordered - very different from Snooze's projected delivery times of at least three weeks to warehouse, let alone delivery.I haven't even got to the mattress itself. I can't say it's the instant-sleep cloud heaven I was hoping for, but it's a damn sight better than the memory foam I was crooking my back on before. Will report back in a year or so and see how it's holding up, but I've already swapped the firmness down a layer and sleeping on my side has become a lot more comfy. Fingers crossed.

Best Mattress and great service. Have bought 3 mattress from them, 2 Sienna and 1 cooper. Courtney was very helpful and professional with helping us with the selection. Best thing is that you can change the firmness as per your requirement. Would definitely recommend visiting them and trying out.

Excellent service! It was a smooth process from trying the mattress on the showroom to delivery. Karl was very helpful giving us recommendations and letting us try different mixes to have a feel of the mattress. Karl was so helpful when I visited the shop and explained ll the different layers. we ended up customizing one of the config by adding a layer of micro springs for the perfect bed. 6 months and the best bed I have had by far!

As I was looking for a mattress, I was lost with the choices on the market and the incompetence of the sellers. Arriving at AUSBED factory, I was welcomed by the owner with a huge smile. He guided me thru all the options , recommended me one mattress that was fitting my needs (sore neck and back pain) and my body weight...............His knowledge is absolutely incredible. He knows his products. And he is not here to sell the most expensive one but the RIGHT one for his client. The PLUS - as I wasnt sure about firm/medium........hard to decide on the spot right! - the mattress is evolutive, so in 2 min, you can add or take out one layer of foam, and your mattress is instantly firmer or softer.
