Premier Clean

These guys are soo freeken good. The unit is solid, never an issue with the unit, replaced hose after 5yrs of abuse.Anytime I've suspected an issue I take the unit there and they test it out for me without a fuss. Just take it there and instant service.I have the bag less model 850 I think

I would never recomend premier clean.....The workmen ship is as un professional as they come and office staff make YOU feel incompetent when things go wrong at thier end.Hoses not glued.Pipes cut on such an angle is popped off.Pipes not field and obstructing the path.Installed them in areas they where not supose to and only because of that, that i founds all the other issues.So i cut out all the incorrect pipes that i found in the area drove to premier clean south morang showed them what i had founds and how un professional that was they asked to keep them to show thier boys.I asked for the pipes so i could fix it myself as i did not want that poor workman ship done on my house.At the end i asked for them to put a camera to check all other pipes a discount for thier mistakes and my time and all i got was no no no so i asked for atleast an extended warranty which they gave me.My advice find another company!!

We are already on to our third hose and not happy about it. The joint at which the plastic hose connects to the metal pipe seems to be the problem.However, the vacuum function is excellent..
